If you are looking for a good interval session as part of your workout, then look no further. This is an intentionally brief race that is just one flat lap in length. It will provide you with an excellent HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session as part of the #ProStyleTraining menu brought to you by Club WBR.
Heart rate monitors and non-zpower trainers are required of all riders in categories A and B, and of podium finishers in category C.

While riding in this event, please add the tag "WBR" after your name on Zwift to aid in the processing of results, and to help us raise the profile of World Bicycle Relief. Adding your racing category (A, B, C, or D) to the end of your Zwift name will also aid in results processing.
